Owner

Luke James

Luke opened Larder in 2018 as a culinary connoisseur with a passion for casual restaurant dining. With this vision, he created a haven for foodies to enjoy quality food and drinks in a modern and welcoming atmosphere.

Head Chef

Alex Wickham

Alex began his kitchen career at 15 and worked his way through the ranks to land the role of Head Chef at Larder, back in his hometown. His passion and energy flows through the brigade, and he prides himself on leading an energetic and happy team of chefs.

Front of House

Alec Robotham

With more than 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, our General Manager, Alec, runs a tight ship! He ensures our guests receive the warmest of welcomes and feel at home whilst dining at Larder.

Business Manager

Edward Smith

Ed, our Business Manager, works hard to oversee the day to day runnings of the Larder restaurant. With more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and extensive knowledge of the trade, Ed is always on hand to guide his 30-strong team.
